The Lucy Guggenheimer Ross Scholarship Fund

In 2001, the New Vistas School Board of Directors established an endowed scholarship fund, created by Rosel and Elliot Schewel to honor New Vistas director and founder, Lucy Guggenheimer Ross. The fund will provide a perpetual honor for Lucy and makes a New Vistas education financially accessible for more families. The scholarship fund, established with a gift of $300,000, is administered by The Greater Lynchburg Community Trust.
